Nicole Edwards

Nicole Edwards is a seasoned professional with a strong background in customer success and logistics. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Descartes Aljex™ since December 2021, Nicole previously held the position of Reconciliation Supervisor in Managed Logistics at TransImpact from January to December 2021, and worked as a Freight Services Associate at the same company from July 2018 to January 2020. Nicole's career began at the Onslow County Soil & Water Conservation District as a District Administrative Assistant from November 2015 to July 2018, and included a role as a Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in early 2015. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, along with a minor in Human Resources Management, from the University of Mount Olive, obtained between 2010 and 2014.
