Mark Mahaffy

Mark Mahaffy is an experienced production and operations manager with a strong background in overseeing large-scale manufacturing processes. Currently serving as Production Manager at ALK, Mark leads a team of over 35 individuals in the production of House Dust Mite source material, managing a multimillion-dollar budget while planning for growth. Previous roles at Thorne Research included Manager of Specialty Manufacturing and Operations, where Mark implemented new production lines and developed quality processes, and Quality Control Supervisor, overseeing inspections of products. Additional experience includes positions at Unicep Packaging, BD, and Northwestern Mutual, where Mark honed leadership, process improvement, and financial advisory skills. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in Operations Management and Supervision from the University of Idaho.
