Eakta Pandey

Eakta Pandey has extensive experience in engineering and quality assurance roles. Eakta is currently the VP of Engineering at Alkami Technology, starting in 2023. Before that, they worked at Varo Bank from 2019 to 2023, holding positions such as Senior Director of Engineering and Head of Quality Engineering. At Varo Bank, they were responsible for leading teams, building engineering and support teams, and scaling the quality engineering team. Prior to that, they worked at Esurance from 2013 to 2019 as a Senior Engineering Manager, overseeing quality and test automation. Eakta also worked at MORPHOTRAK INC as a Lead Software Engineer from 2008 to 2013, focusing on biometric devices and enterprise applications. Additionally, they worked at Bank of America and Verint-Systems in software engineering roles, where they ensured quality and supported the transition to production.

Eakta Pandey's education history includes completing the Chief Technology Officer Program at Wharton Executive Education in 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Full Stack Development- MERN degree from the University of California, Berkeley in 2018. Eakta Pandey also holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from KIIT - Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology.
