Erica Wakefield has extensive experience in learning and talent management, with a focus on developing training programs and fostering employee development. Erica has held various leadership roles in companies such as Alkami Technology, Caliber Home Loans, Inc., CoreLogic, A. H. Belo, DaVita Kidney Care, Celanese, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Acadient, and JP Morgan Chase. Throughout their career, Erica has been responsible for creating and executing learning and development initiatives, partnering with business leaders, and implementing strategic training programs. Erica has also played a key role in culture transformation, change management, and communications within organizations. Erica's expertise includes talent development, instructional design, coaching, and project management.

Erica Wakefield obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Texas Christian University between 1989 and 1993. Following this, they pursued a Masters degree in HR Training and Development from Amberton University, completing it between 1997 and 1999.
