Jessi Andrade

Jessi Andrade is a seasoned Human Resource Manager with extensive experience in employee relations, payroll management, benefits administration, recruitment, and compliance across multiple organizations. Currently serving at Lydech since September 2021, Jessi oversees HR functions for a staff of 250, manages employee engagement, and navigates complexities introduced by company acquisitions. Previous roles include Human Resources Manager at Quality Oil Company and AccuMED Corp., where Jessi led HR policy development, managed employee engagement surveys, and ensured compliance with various regulations. Earlier experiences at Avgol Nonwoven Industries and O-I further strengthened Jessi's expertise in talent management, employee development, and strategic HR counsel. Jessi holds an MBA from Gardner-Webb University and a Bachelor's degree from Catawba College.
