John Becht

John Becht is a seasoned professional in the field of engineering, currently serving as Global Application Engineering Manager at ALKEGEN since January 2022, focusing on Industrial Thermal Management and Specialty Insulation. Prior to this role, John gained extensive experience at Unifrax I LLC, progressing from Research and Development Engineer to various positions in application engineering and manufacturing from 2017 to 2022. John holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Management and a Graduate Minor in Engineering Leadership and Innovation Management from Penn State University, attained between August 2021 and August 2023, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Ceramic Sciences and Engineering from Alfred University, earned from 2015 to 2019. John's educational foundation began with an Advanced Regents Diploma from Williamsville North High School, completed in 2015.
