Rafael Rosalem currently serves as the Continuous Improvement, Quality & Engineering Manager at ALKEGEN, overseeing the implementation of the Excellence System at Unifrax Brazil and managing various engineering and continuous improvement teams. Prior roles include Continuous Improvement, Engineering and Process Manager at Unifrax I LLC, where Rafael focused on Lean Six Sigma competencies and WCM transformations, and Lean Coordinator at Hunter Douglas do Brasil. An education background that includes a Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma and an MBA in Project Management complements extensive hands-on experience in production engineering and operations management, with a strong emphasis on safety, productivity, and quality improvement.
