Alberto Lupo

Alberto Lupo, PMP, is an experienced professional with a diverse background in data engineering, program management, and information system architecture. Alberto is currently working as a Data Engineer at Alkemy enabling evolution, starting in September 2022. Prior to this, Alberto worked as a Data Engineer at Nunatac, an element of Alkemy, from January 2022 to August 2022.

From June 2016 to December 2021, Alberto served as a Program Manager at Keinavo. Before that, they worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as an Information System Architect from October 2007 to June 2016. Prior to that, Alberto held the position of Project Manager at Technomind SPA from September 2004 to September 2007. Alberto also worked as a Project Manager at Deloitte Consulting from December 2002 to August 2004 and as a Specialist Manager at Arthur Andersen from November 2000 to November 2002.

Alberto's early career included roles as a Data Warehouse Specialist at Nestle from December 1998 to October 2000, as well as at Comitsiel from April 1997 to September 1998. Alberto also served as a Senior Consultant SAS System at Uniconsult from November 1996 to March 1997.

With a wealth of experience in various roles and industries, Alberto brings a strong skill set and expertise in data engineering, program management, and information system architecture to their current role at Alkemy enabling evolution.

Alberto Lupo, PMP, obtained their Scienze dell'Informazione degree in Scienze informatiche from Università degli Studi di Milano, where they studied from 1987 to 1993. Prior to that, they attended ITIS "G.B. Pentasuglia" in Matera from 1979 to 1984, though no specific degree or field of study was mentioned for this period.

In addition to their formal education, Alberto has obtained several certifications. Alberto became a Project Management Professional (PMP®) in August 2010 through the Project Management Institute (PMI). Alberto also holds certifications from SAS, including SAS Certified BI Content Developer for SAS 9 (obtained in May 2012), SAS Certified Data Integration Developer for SAS 9 (obtained in October 2011), SAS Certified Advanced Programmer for SAS 9 (obtained in September 2011), and SAS Certified Base Programmer for SAS 9 (obtained in November 2010). Alberto further obtained the SAS V8 Certified Advanced Programmer and SAS V8 Certified Base Programmer certifications from SAS Institute in 2004. More recently, Alberto completed Tableau Essential Training (2020.1) through LinkedIn in October 2020 and Vertica Solutions through HP ExpertONE in June 2013.
