Anni Aro (ina)

Anni(ina) Aro is an experienced customer service specialist at Alko Oy since March 2018, recognized for developing internal processes to enhance customer experience and efficiency, as well as assisting with corporate social media. Anni(ina) also serves as a support worker/instructor at Helsingin Kehitysvammatuki 57 ry, enabling peer group activities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Prior experience includes roles at Alko Oy as a salesperson from June 2002 to October 2016 and a coordinator of fundraising and education at the Mannerheim League for Child Welfare in early 2008. Anni(ina) holds a Master’s Degree in Adult Education from the University of Tampere, completed in 2014.
