Jeanine Morgan

Jeanine has over 20 years of experience in the consulting industry. Prior to joining ALKU, Jeanine worked for one of the nation’s largest consulting firms where she excelled in her credit and collection role. Starting as a collector and working her way into a management position, she became an expert in her role and developed into an effective manager. Jeanine started at ALKU in January of 2014 as the first person in the Accounts Receivable department. In her five years at ALKU, Jeanine has grown the Accounts Receivable team from a one woman show to a team of 3 collections and 3 cash posting staff. As the Accounts Receivable Manager, Jeanine has seen the company’s revenue quadruple, with Accounts Receivable’s weekly collections growing 5 times in size.

Jeanine epitomizes the Have Fun Working Hard culture at ALKU. Her team loves working for her—and with each other—all while producing at a high level. When Jeanine started, she was a group of one. She has not only built a successful and charismatic 7-person team, but along the way, she has installed many processes including aging reviews, reserve analysis, and credit profiling. Jeanine is a go-to resource for all departments and levels. With this, and much more, ALKU is thrilled to announce the promotion of Jeanine Morgan to Director of Accounts Receivable and Billing.

As the Director of Accounts Receivable and Billing, Jeanine will continue to oversee both the collections and cash posting sides of the Accounts Receivable department, as well as adding ALKU’s Billing Team to her squad. This addition will put Jeanine in charge of the entire revenue cycle from the operation side of the business, helping to streamline efficiencies between the two departments.
