Kate Lelievre

Prior to joining ALKU, Kate held multiple roles within client services and operations in a number of industries. Kate joined ALKU in 2010 as one of the company’s first administrators. Her take charge personality combined with her organizational and problem solving skills allowed her to take on several new roles and promotions within the company. Today, as the Vice President of Human Resources, Kate manages all personnel and operational aspects of the Human Resources, Pay / Bill and Operations departments of ALKU. Her strength is demonstrated in mentoring supervisors and managers, while providing tactical and strategic guidance to senior management teams. Kate’s great interpersonal skills allow her to relate to and engage with all levels of employees and managers. Kate is dedicated to employee satisfaction and believes that providing opportunity and maintaining a positive culture is highly important to the overall success of a company.
