Marshall B. Hunt

Marshall oversees the fund operations, the investment committee, and the management teams. He also acts as CEO for each of the portfolio companies. His unique management style built on operational efficiencies and a systematic approach to building a clean and fast foundation has enabled the portfolio of All-American Holdings to grow and prosper.

Over the past 30 years, he has made acquisitions and integrated operations in the medical, industrial, and commercial fields. His extensive experience in capital structure and restructure helped those companies go public, merge, and spin off new divisions. Marshall has served as the Chairman and CEO of both public and private companies.

He has successfully divested himself of his holdings in all of the aforementioned companies and has turned his focus to All-American’s fund operations.

Marshall currently serves on several company boards and has been very active in The Young Presidents Organization (YPO) - Serving as Chapter Chair and on the International Board.

Marshall holds a BS from Florida State University and an Executive MBA from the Harvard Business School OPM Class 21.
