Tom Millspaugh

Tom Millspaugh currently serves as the Director of New Product Development at APEX Space & Defense Systems since July 2023. Concurrently, Tom holds the position of Vice President of Operations at All American Racers Inc and has served as the Director of Operations in various capacities with the company since May 2022. Tom is also the Managing Director at OC Composite Works since May 2022. Previous experience includes roles as a Manager of Manufacturing/Tooling and Senior Engineering Operations Manager at AeroVironment, as well as positions as Manufacturing Manager and Engineering Manager earlier in their career.
