Dean Littlewood is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the mortgage and real estate sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Loan Officer at All California Mortgage, a Division of American Pacific Mortgage since July 2014, Dean focuses on marketing, strategy, and problem solving in residential real estate loan origination, holding a license from the Department of Financial Protection and Innovation under the CRMLA. As the Broker and Owner of Littlewood Financial Group since 1989, Dean specializes in the origination and placement of commercial and non-consumer real estate loans, including private investor loans. Academic credentials include an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business (1974-1976) and a BA in Economics from Ithaca College (1969-1973).
