Jennifer Vaughn

Jennifer (Flenniken) Vaughn is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Manufacturing Operations at All-Clad Metalcrafters since October 2024, Jennifer's previous roles include Operations Manager in the High Voltage Switchgear Division and Manufacturing Manager in the Critical Power Solutions Division at Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc. from January 2019 to October 2024. Additionally, Jennifer held various positions at Eaton from July 2006 to January 2019, including Operational Excellence Manager and Manufacturing & Customer Service Manager. Earlier in Jennifer's career, positions at PPG Industries spanned from Site Security Specialist to Internal Auditor. Jennifer's educational background encompasses an MBA from Emory University - Goizueta Business School and a BS in Industrial Management from Carnegie Mellon University.
