Ginny Schwartzer, MEP, is the CEO of All Clear Emergency Management Group, LLC, a planning and preparedness firm that offers emergency management services to various organizations. Ginny has a background in meteorology and journalism and holds a Masters Certificate in Community Preparedness and Disaster Management from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
