Randall Sly

Randall Sly possesses extensive experience in construction and project management, currently serving as the Director of Construction Compliance at All County Paving since November 2017, focusing on site work and paving. Previously, Randall worked as a Project Coordinator at Permit Closers from April 2012 to January 2022, providing project management, permit, and inspection services. Earlier roles include Superintendent of Field Operations at All County Paving and Production Superintendent at M&M Asphalt, where staff development was emphasized. Randall also served as Vice President of Operations at DHP Hurricane Protection for over a decade, from June 1999 to July 2010.
