Kristen Martin

Kristen Martin has extensive experience in human resources, having held various leadership roles throughout their career. Kristen is currently the Chief People Officer at All Day Kitchens since November 2022. Prior to this, they served as the President (Volunteer) at the Shanghai Expatriate Association from October 2019 to June 2022. Before that, they were the SVP Human Resources at Genesis Financial Solutions from May 2017 to September 2019. Kristen also has experience in the fashion industry, having worked as the Vice President, Human Resources at Nordstromrack.com | HauteLook from January 2013 to August 2016. Kristen also held the role of Vice President, Human Resources at eHarmony.com from September 2011 to September 2012. Prior to this, they held positions as Director, HR at eHarmony.com from September 2008 to July 2011, and at Thelen Reid Brown Raysman & Steiner LLP from August 1997 to September 2008.

Kristen Martin holds an Executive Masters in Human Resource Management from Cornell University ILR School. Kristen also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and German from Dickinson College.
