Matt O'Neill

Mat O'Neill is the Chief Executive Officer at All Energy Contracting, where they have been since July 2023. Before joining All Energy Contracting, they held various roles at Glencore from 2013 to 2023, including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Mining Officer, and General Manager. Prior to that, they worked at Xstrata as an Infrastructure Manager and Engineering and Asset Manager from 2008 to 2013. Their educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Queensland from 1992 to 1995, and a Masters in Business Administration in Project Management / International Business from the University of Southern Queensland from 1997 to 2001.
