Kevin Jackson

Kevin Jackson has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Kevin began their career as a Project Manager at Carrier Corporation in 2006 and later served as a Consulting Engineering Manager, fostering relationships between Carrier Commercial Services and UTC subsidiaries. In 2008, they worked as a Business Coach at ActionCOACH Business Coaching.

In 2010, Kevin joined the Connecticut Army National Guard as a Business Manager before transitioning to the role of Army Engineer Officer in 2009. Kevin served in this role for over 20 years, retiring in 2023.

During their time in the Army National Guard, Kevin also held leadership positions at Cobham Gaisler and UTC Aerospace Systems, where they served as a Director of Threat Detections and General Manager, respectively.

In 2018, Kevin joined Cobham Advanced Electronic Solutions as a Vice President and General Manager, leading the Semiconductor & Space Solutions Business Area. Kevin later became the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at SkyWater Technology Foundry in 2021. Currently, they are serving as the Chief Executive Officer at All Flex Solutions from June 2022.

Throughout their career, Kevin has demonstrated their expertise in leadership, program management, and strategic development within the aerospace, defense, and technology sectors.

Kevin Jackson attended the United States Military Academy at West Point from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in General Management / Systems Engineering. Following this, they pursued further education at the Missouri University of Science and Technology from 2000 to 2002, obtaining a Master of Science (MS) degree in Engineering Management.

In addition to their academic achievements, Kevin also holds certifications. In 2008, they became a Certified Business Coach through ActionCOACH Global. Kevin later obtained a Governance Forum certification from the Anderson Center in October 2022.
