Michael Gibson

Michael Gibson has extensive experience in prepress and production management, currently serving as the Manager of Prepress Network Optimization at Mill Rock Packaging since April 2011. In this role, Michael drives process improvements and standardization while developing Esko Automation Engine Tools and implementing best practices. Previous positions include roles as an Application Support Analyst, Technology Specialist, and Prepress Department Manager, focusing on automation, integration of workflows, and employee productivity enhancement. Additional expertise encompasses Radius ERP, Salesforce, and advanced scripting skills. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Software Engineering from Brigham Young University - Idaho in December 2023.
