Joseph DiLeo

Joseph DiLeo has been working in the audio/visual industry since 2008. Joseph began as a Field Technician at Comcast, where they developed troubleshooting, audio/video installation, home theater installation, marketing, and customer service skills. From 2009 to 2013, they served as a Combat Engineer in the US Army, learning time management, accountability, professionalism, integrity, and reliability. In 2013, they became a Recording Engineer at Full Sail University and founded The AVE Studios LLC., where they acoustically measured both the recording and listening environment and parried acoustic anomalies using a combination of absorption, deflection, and diffusion. In 2014, they worked as a DJ Technician at Insomniac Events, performing the setup and striking of all DJ equipment on the Neon Garden Stage at Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC) Orlando, executing hardware and software changeovers between performers' sets, and identifying and remedying any and all technical deficiencies pertaining to the DJ Gear. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Commercial A/V System Integrator at All Pro Sound. Currently, they are a Lighting Technician at Bandit Lites, Inc.

Joseph DiLeo obtained their High School Diploma from Malden High School in 2008. Joseph then attended Full Sail University from 2013 to 2014 and earned an Associate's Degree in Recording Arts Technology/Technician.
