Pearl Chen

Pearl Chen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Pearl started their career as an Accountant at Imperial Tobacco (Asia) Pte Ltd Taiwan branch in 2003 and later worked as an Accounting Supervisor at Warner Bros. Entertainment Taiwan. In 2006, they joined Verve Vogue Pte Ltd as a Financial Analyst before transitioning to LVMH Watch & Jewelry Taiwan, where they served as a Chief Accountant and later as an Accounting Manager. From 2011 to 2015, Pearl worked at Inditex as the Head of Finance and Administration Taiwan, overseeing finance and payroll functions for various brands. Pearl then joined AllSaints in 2015 and held various roles, including Head of Operations Taiwan and eventually Operations Director, Asia. At AllSaints, Pearl was responsible for new business developments and setting up operations in the APAC markets.
