Sean McShane CMgr has extensive legal experience, currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at AllSaints since October 2014, with responsibilities including drafting and advising on a variety of commercial contracts and chairing the Anti-Bribery and Corruption Committee. Prior roles include Trainee Solicitor and Legal Assistant at Penningtons Manches LLP, alongside experience in intellectual property law as a Student Advisor at Own-it. Additional legal administrative experience was gained at IBB Solicitors, while earlier positions at Management Consultants For You and Atlantic Clothing Ltd provided valuable exposure to operational management and support functions. Educational accomplishments include a Master’s Degree in LPC with Business from BPP Law School and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Warwick.
