Beth Zefo has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as Vice President of Human Resources at All Star Auto Parts. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Manager at MHI Shared Services Americas, where they led a team and supported over 1000 employees in multiple business units. Beth also served as an HR Business Partner at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, supporting various client groups across North America and Ireland. Before that, they co-founded a career advice website called GradtoGreat.com and worked at General Motors in various roles, including as a Human Resources Labor Relations Manager and a Plant Communications Manager. Beth began their career as a Global Supply Chain Professional at Saturn. Throughout their career, Beth has demonstrated a strong focus on employee engagement and has played integral roles in driving organizational success.

Beth Zefo has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Engineering from Michigan State University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging from LinkedIn in October 2021, and PI Practitioner Certification from The Predictive Index in December 2020.
