Darlene Joy Ott

Darlene Joy Ott has a strong background in finance and auditing. Darlene Joy began their career in 1999 as an Audit Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers - Service Delivery Center (PwC SDC). After three years in this role, they were promoted to Audit Senior at PricewaterhouseCoopers Philippines, where they worked for three years. Ott then returned to PricewaterhouseCoopers - Service Delivery Center (PwC SDC) in 2005 as an Audit Manager for a year before joining BDO USA LLP in 2006 as an Audit Senior. Darlene Joy later became an Audit Manager at BDO USA LLP, where they worked until 2014. Ott then joined Seanic Ocean Systems as a Financial Controller and held this role for four years. In 2018, they transitioned to Micross Components as a Controller and remained there until joining All Star Auto Lights in 2020, where they currently serve as the Controller.

Darlene Joy Ott attended the University of Saint La Salle from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy with a field of study in Accounting and Finance. Darlene Joy obtained their first certification as a Certified Public Accountant from Manila, Philippines in October 1999. Later, in August 2010, they obtained another certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the VBOA - Virginia Board of Accountancy.
