Sean Casault's work experience includes roles at various companies. Sean started their career in 2001 with the Government of Canada, where they served as an Organization Design and Labour Relations Advisor for the RCMP. Sean later became the Regional Manager of Labour Relations for the Department of Justice. In 2005, they joined Aecon Industrial as an HR Manager and eventually rose to the position of Director of Human Resources. In 2013, Casault worked as the Director of Corporate Resources at Sureway Construction Group. That same year, they joined WesternOne as the Vice President People and HSE/Director of HR & EHS, where they led post-acquisition restructuring and transitioned to focus solely on HR.
