Stewart W. McCollam

Stewart W. McCollam, PE, serves as the Kentucky Office Leader at ALL4, overseeing strategic growth and financial success for the Louisville and Lexington locations since September 2020. Previously, as a Technical Manager, McCollam provided clients with solutions for complex air permitting and compliance. Prior experience includes working as an Environmental Engineer at Smith Management Group, where McCollam managed air permitting processes, and as an Engineer I at the Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District, drafting air pollution permits. McCollam began their career as a Food Processing Laboratory Manager at the University of Louisville, after completing a Chemical Engineering co-op at Solae, LLC. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering and Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Louisville Speed School of Engineering.
