Dr. Mathias Wildgrube

Dr. Mathias Wildgrube serves as an Advisory Board Member at BIOWEG and as Head of HR Group at Perfect Drive Sports Group GmbH, which includes e-commerce subsidiaries ALL4GOLF and Clubhouse Golf. Additionally, Dr. Wildgrube provides HR strategy consulting for growing companies through RootCamp, focusing on various aspects of human resources and culture development. Previously, Dr. Wildgrube held the position of Head of People & Culture at SYNAOS, where responsibilities included developing a comprehensive people strategy and overseeing growth from 6 to over 120 employees. Other notable experiences involve roles at Volkswagen AG, including founding an education lab and managing strategic planning. Dr. Wildgrube holds a Doctorate in Economic and Social Sciences from the University of Stuttgart and a Diploma in Economics from Leibniz Universität Hannover.
