Felicia (Felice) Ramallo, MSCN, RDN, LDN/CDN, currently serves as Lead Dietitian at Allara since January 2021, having previously held the role of Clinical Dietitian & Food Department Manager at Centers Health Care from February to April 2021. Early career experiences include positions at Wegmans Food Markets as a Bakery Decorator, where skills in customer service and technical work were demonstrated, as well as in Manufacturing Quality Assurance, coordinating projects related to product specifications and allergen tracing. Additionally, Felicia worked as a Pharmacy Technician, providing customer service and technical support. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Syracuse University and a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition with a focus on Culinary Medicine from the University at Buffalo.
