Nicole Hellman

Nicole Hellman is an experienced professional in operations and medical management with a robust background in leading teams and projects across various companies. Currently serving as the Head of Operations at Allara, Nicole has previously held key roles at Ro, including VP of Medical Operations, Senior Director of Medical Operations, and Director of Medical Operations. Additional experience includes co-founding Milla & Co., as well as leadership positions at Morningside Translations and Morningside Evaluations & Consulting, where responsibilities ranged from VP of Operations to Associate in Evaluation Services. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Bucknell University and has pursued further education at Heidelberg University.
