Stone Shi

Stone Shi is a partner at AllBright Law Offices, specializing in international litigation and cross-border mergers and acquisitions since January 2001. Stone served as an associate professor and postgraduate mentor at the Law Institute of Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences from July 2005 to April 2014 and was a lecturer at East China University of Political Science and Law from June 2004 to July 2005. Stone holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of California, Berkeley (2014-2015) and has completed a Doctor of Law (PhD in Law), Master of Law (LL.M.), and Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) at East China University of Political Science and Law from 1997 to 2007.
