Yun Zhang

Yun Zhang is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance, corporate disputes litigation, and international trade disputes litigation and arbitration. Currently a Partner at Jiangsu Grand Glory Law Office since July 2017, Yun Zhang specializes in providing corporate legal services, including designing shareholding structures and drafting contracts for both domestic and foreign clients. Additionally, Yun Zhang serves as a Chinese Lawyer at AllBright Law Offices in Nanjing since September 2014, focusing on corporate law, international trade, maritime law, and international family law.
