Heather Jordan is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in human resources management and administration. As the Human Resources Director at AllCaregivers, Inc. since October 2020, Heather focuses on overseeing HR operations. Previous experience includes serving as the Director of Human Resources at Founders Group International, where responsibilities encompassed compliance, policy revision, recruitment, and training. With a strong foundational background in HR and accounting roles across various organizations, including Classic Golf Group and the Law Office of Mary Losey, Heather possesses a diverse skill set that includes payroll management, staff development, and regulatory compliance. Educated with a Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance from Coastal Carolina University, Heather is well-equipped for complex HR challenges.
