Lucas Bertolazo

Lucas Bertolazo is a Senior UX/UI Designer at AllClear, recognized for outstanding customer care since June 2024. Currently serving as a Designer Mentor for adplist.org, Lucas guides young designers in transitioning to Product Design roles. Previously, Lucas functioned as a Product Designer at Commonplace, where significant contributions included user-centric design strategies and the development of 28 new features, incorporating an AI system to enhance data analysis. As the first product designer at Ops Mais, Lucas fostered a user-centric philosophy through workshops and research. Early career experiences include Senior Graphic Designer roles at Britânia Eletrodomésticos and Principal Designer at Premier Treinamentos, with a foundational education in Graphic and Product Design from UniBrasil Centro Universitário.
