Eric Vernon

Eric Vernon serves as General Counsel at AllClear since February 2021, having previously held the same role at Built Brands, LLC from January 2020 to February 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing legal matters such as contracts, litigation, FDA compliance, and HR support. Vernon also worked as Chief Operating Officer and Legal Counsel at Skipio from February 2018 to January 2020, managing legal and operational aspects of the software start-up. Prior experience includes serving as EVP and General Counsel at Wencor, a major aerospace company, from 2001 to 2018, and an association with Bain Capital and Nutraceutical Corporation from 1997 to 2000, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and regulatory affairs. Early career began as an attorney at VanCott Bagley from 1993 to 1996, specializing in corporate regulations. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Yale School of Management and a JD and BA from Brigham Young University.
