Odelya B. has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2004, they worked as an Integration & Delivery Project Manager at Comverse Technology, Inc., where they were responsible for delivering content management solutions for a sports channel. From 2006 to 2009, they worked as an IS Project Manager at Bank Hapoalim, managing two different projects as a contractor. In 2009, they joined Tamooz Marketing Communications as a Business Operations Manager, focusing on the development and implementation of sales aid tools and CRM systems. Odelya then moved to Comverse Technology, Inc. in 2013 as the Global CRM Manager, overseeing enterprise CRM systems and leading integration projects. In 2015, they became the Director of BI & Business Operations at Checkmarx, where they built a team and managed business applications and processes. In 2018, they worked as a Business Consultant for a brief period before joining AllCloud as the Director of Delivery, leading digital transformation projects for the public sector. Most recently, they joined Deloitte Digital as a Program Manager in 2019. Throughout their career, Odelya has demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in project management, CRM, and business operations.

Odelya B. studied at the Rimon School of Jazz & Contemporary Music from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained a degree in Jazz Performance (Piano) & Composition. From 2006 to 2008, they attended The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Business Management, specializing in IS. In 2012, they participated in the Entrepreneurship program at StartHub, focusing on taking a concept to a product.
