Tali Naim

Tali Naim has a wealth of experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Tali currently holds the position of Director of Global Talent Acquisition at AllCloud, where they are responsible for driving talent acquisition strategy and budget. Prior to this role, they were the Director of Talent Acquisition EMEA at AllCloud. Tali also has experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager at AllCloud, where they led recruitment processes and implemented improvements to systems and processes. Before joining AllCloud, Tali worked as a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner at General Motors, where they managed the end-to-end recruitment process and built relationships with hiring managers. Tali also served as a Technical Recruitment Team Lead at EntryPoint and a Human Resources Business Partner at White Bay Group. Earlier in their career, Tali held the position of Human Resources Manager at Leader Underwriters a Leader Capital Market Company, where they led the company's HR strategy and managed welfare activities. Tali's work experience demonstrates their expertise in talent acquisition, HR strategy, and building productive relationships with stakeholders.

Tali Naim has a Master's Degree in Organizational Behavior Studies from The College of Management Academic Studies, which they obtained from 2010 to 2013. Tali also holds a Bachelor's degree from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. In addition, Tali has obtained certifications in Assessment for AWS Partner: Accreditation (Technical) from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in November 2022, and a certification in "חשבות שכר" (Labor Calculations) from The Open University of Israel in August 2016.
