Markus Henn

Markus Henn is an experienced executive with a strong background in management and business operations. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at AllDent Zahnzentrum since March 2024, Markus co-founded and has been Managing Director of NEW LAYER GmbH since July 2018. Previously, a significant tenure at Amazon from November 2015 to January 2024 involved roles such as Product Group Leader for the Baby category in Europe, where Markus held full P&L responsibility and led a team of approximately 150 professionals. Additional leadership roles included Head of Direct Seller Recruiting for the EU Marketplace and Country Manager for Pantry in Germany. Markus began a career at Boston Consulting Group, advancing from Associate to Project Leader between January 2010 and June 2015. Educational achievements include a Diplom Kaufmann degree from the University of Mannheim, along with studies at the University of Sydney and Aalto University.
