Ed Tipton

Ed Tipton is an experienced professional with a diverse background in custodial services, educational support, and administrative tasks. Currently serving as a custodian at Allegheny Center Alliance Church since August 2018, Ed is dedicated to maintaining a clean and safe environment. Previous roles include Classroom Management Assistant at Chatham University, File Clerk at Jewish Federation of Greater Pittsburgh, and Tutoring Co-Coordinator at East End Cooperative Ministry. Ed has also worked in customer service and volunteer positions, notably with AmeriCorps, where tutoring and community outreach were key responsibilities. Ed holds a Master of Arts in Communication and Media Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature, along with a Certificate in Computer and Information Sciences.
