Jen Baltazar

Jen Baltazar is an accomplished business development operations manager and business systems analyst with extensive experience in government contracting and operational management. From July 2018 to December 2023, Jen held a strategic role at various companies, focusing on opportunity pipeline development, proposal management, and CRM system implementation for A&E contracting firms serving the Department of Defense and other federal agencies. Previously, Jen was an operations manager and capture manager at Schafer Corporation, where contributions included establishing a corporate proposal department that enhanced capture management and proposal throughput. As program director at Odyssey Systems, Jen oversaw a $6M+ division, and an 11-year tenure at ManTech involved progressive operations management roles. Earlier in Jen's career, leadership roles included managing transportation services at Schneider National and serving as an intelligence officer in the US Army. Jen holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from The George Washington University and dual bachelor's degrees in Political Science and Foreign Languages from Austin Peay State University.
