Jie Wang

Jie Wang is a Software Engineer at Allegion since June 2022, following an internship at the same company in 2021 where automation tests were designed for quality assurance. Prior to this, Jie Wang served as a Course Facilitator, Teaching Assistant, and Graduate Student Assistant at the University of Colorado Boulder from 2018 to 2022, supporting courses in Tree and Graphs, UI&UX, and pre-calculus while assisting students with programming. Additionally, Jie Wang conducted research on predicting tweet retweets using a Python classifier within a BERT language model and engaged in an independent study on sentiment analysis with Professor James Martin. Jie Wang holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Colorado Boulder, along with a Bachelor of Science in the same field.
