Lynley Estes

Lynley Estes currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Allegion, a role held since March 2019, and previously worked as a Human Resources Business Partner within the same organization. Prior experience includes positions at Spectrum Brands, Inc. as a Compensation Consultant and Senior Human Resources Manager from July 2016 to March 2019, and as an HR Business Partner at Enova International between December 2013 and July 2016. Lynley began a career in human resources as an HR Advisor in the Human Resources Leadership Development Program at Rolls-Royce in 2013, and earlier served as a Compensation Assistant and Human Resources Intern at Carle Foundation Hospital. In 2012, Lynley gained experience as a People Intern at Anheuser-Busch. Educationally, Lynley holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources/Industrial Relations and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
