Mike Wagnes

Michael Wagnes is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the security products and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Allegion since December 2013, Wagnes oversees financial operations for a publicly listed company with annual revenues of $3 billion. Previous roles include Vice President and General Manager for Commercial Americas at Allegion, and Vice President of Investor Relations and Treasurer, where responsibilities encompassed treasury operations and investor relations for a multinational manufacturer. Earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of Finance at Ingersoll Rand and holding various positions at Celanese and PwC. Michael Wagnes holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a BBA in Accounting from James Madison University.
