Rishi Raj Deshpande

Rishi Raj Deshpande is a Senior Engineer at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. since October 2021, with prior experience as a Product Design Engineer at Closure Systems International from August 2017 to October 2021, where responsibilities included leading the development of high-volume plastic closure projects and engaging in customer requirements and product concept generation. Rishi also served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at NC State University in 2016, supporting graduate students in Finite Element Analysis, and conducted research as a Research Assistant at the National Institute of Aerospace, where a comprehensive database of research papers and a technology report were created. Rishi's early career included a Mechanical Engineering internship at Venus Automation, contributing to significant projects for heavy machinery and automobile manufacturing. Rishi holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
