Rhett Ramos

Rhett Ramos serves as the Director of IT Operations and Smart Manufacturing at Allegro MicroSystems, overseeing global IT operations and manufacturing-related IT teams since November 2014. With a focus on transforming manufacturing through automation, mobile development, UI/UX, analytics, and IoT, Rhett co-authored the Smart Manufacturing Maturity Index (SMMI) in collaboration with MESA International, influencing the adoption of smart manufacturing practices in the Philippines. Additionally, Rhett is the Chairman of the Industry 4.0 Technical Working Group at the Semiconductor & Electronics Industries in the Philippines Foundation, Inc. and has held various senior roles in technology and IT services across multiple companies, including UnitedHealth Group and Cypress Semiconductor. Rhett holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
