Leszek Kanarek, MBA, PSM, is a Senior Product and Engineering Manager at Allegro, overseeing Offer Core and Assortment Management in the Merchant Business Unit. With extensive experience in software development and management, Leszek has previously held key roles at Amazon and LPP, leading teams in the development of significant products such as the Alexa TTS Voice Experience service. A proven leader in agile transformation, Leszek has successfully built and managed large IT teams and implemented complex software solutions, enhancing operational efficiency and revenue growth.
