Shawn Titcomb

Shawn Titcomb is a seasoned executive in the life sciences and biotechnology sectors, currently serving as Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of Majesty Therapeutics, which focuses on precision medicine for immune-mediated diseases. Titcomb also co-founded and leads Allele Capital as CEO, providing venture capital and strategic advisory services to life sciences companies, and serves as CEO of Allele Communications, a firm specializing in public relations and media solutions for the medical industry. As a member of the Board of Directors at Praesidia Biotherapeutics, Titcomb contributes to the development of innovative drug delivery systems. Prior experience includes key roles at NOBLE Capital Markets, Variant Research, and Avalon Research Group, alongside a BS in Business Administration from the University of Denver.
