Conor Ross

Conor Ross is a Social Work Intern at Allen County Public Library and a Behavioral Health Specialist at Parkview Health. With a Master's in Social Work from Indiana University Indianapolis and a Bachelor's in Philosophy from Ball State University, Conor has experience in forging partnerships, educating staff on mental health crises, and developing individualized treatment plans. In their role, they conduct level-of-care assessments, lead discussions on mental health interventions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support clients with DSM 5 diagnoses.
