Maryjo Hobeika is currently a Flavor Intern at Allen Flavors, Inc. since January 2023. Previous experience includes a Quality Control Internship at Brasserie Almaza Lebanon in June 2022 and a Quality Assurance Internship at Cedar's Foods in June 2021. Additionally, Maryjo served as a Food Safety Lab Assistant at Rutgers University–New Brunswick from January 2020 to May 2021 and completed an internship in the Department of Horticulture Therapy at NYU Langone Health from September 2018 to June 2019. Maryjo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science from Rutgers University–New Brunswick (2019-2023) and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business and Science at the same institution, expected to complete in August 2024. Maryjo graduated high school with a diploma from Bergen County Academies, specializing in Engineering Design and Technology, in 2019.
